CAN I MOVE MY ENGLISH NUMBER TO LOBSTER?
No, you can’t because even thought Lobster Mobile is a carrier focused in english customers, it’s a spanish company and therefore provides spanish numbers which follow a different rule than english mobile numbers.
IS THERE ANY REGISTRATION FEE?
Absolutely, no. If you register your Lobster sim card in our shop in Cabo Roig, we will do it for free and you will start using it in that very moment.
CAN I CANCEL IT AT ANY TIME?
Yes, if some reason you want to cancel your line you call the help line and you will get it sorted in one phone call.
IS THERE ANY PROBLEM OR SURCHARGE IF I USE THE SERVICE BACK IN THE UK?
Big NO, unlike other spanish carriers, you can use the same amount of internet, minutes and sms in Spain or in the UK. However Lobster is a product for Spanish Residents, so not for someone who lives in another country for 9+ months.
