HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY PHONE?

As is logical, we try to repair mobile phones as quickly as possible. It could be a few hours in some cases to a few days on motherboard repairs.

One circumstance to take into account at the time of repair is whether we have the part that needs to be replaced in stock or not. There are hundreds of phones today and it is not impossible to have all the parts that make up each and every one of them in stock. We usually have spare parts for the most common Iphone and Samsung models, having to ask for the rest when a phone comes in for repair.

Another aspect to take into account is obviously the current workload. In summer, for example, as there are more people in the area, times can be lengthened a bit.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO START WORKING WITH MY PHONE?

If your phone needs a part that we have to order, we will need you to have brought the phone to our store or, failing that, you have given us a down payment to buy it.

DO I GET A QUOTE FOR THE REPAIR IN ADVANCE?

Of course, the customer knows at all times what he is going to pay for the repair. We may not be able to tell you when you give it to us until we submit it to a diagnosis, but you will know before executing the repair.

It is important to know that any repair costing 50 euros or less will be done without the approval of the owner of the phone. For higher amounts, we will always call you and ask for your approval.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DATA ON THE PHONE?

It is the owner of the phone who has to ensure that the data is backed up in the cloud or on another device. ORIHUELA COSTA PHONE SHOP is not responsible for the loss of information that may occur during the process of diagnosing and repairing the phone.

DO YOUR REPAIRS HAVE A WARRANTY?

Correct, our repairs have a 3-month guarantee as long as the defect or defect is attributable to our work or to the spare part used in the repair.

I DO NOT KNOW IF I AM INTERESTED IN REPAIRING THE MOBILE OR BUYING A NEW ONE

We will give you honest advice about what interests you the most based on variables such as age of the terminal, general condition, purchase price and cost of the repair that has to be undertaken. 

If it is better for you to repair it, we will tell you. If it is better to buy you a new phone, we will tell you too.
